walking up the hill to the Gora park ( entrance was free with the daypass). bought the hakone pass for 4100 yen. the weather wasn't really permitting and i didnt have lotsa time. the boats wouldn't run becaues of bad weather so my pass was quite useless.

fountain in the middle of gora park, hakone. and a small coffee restaurant, it had cooler weather than tokyo. but still a little humid.
there were a few girls sitting in the coffee place. it just seems like a scene out of an anime.

view from the park. ( it's weird. part of it is dark and gloomy and part of it is bright and sunny.) about the cat. i seem to see alot of cats.
so far i've seen cats who lives in ikebukuro, one in odaiba, and now one in hakone. :D this one didnt run away when i try to pet it.

Hakone Ropeway( no different than the one in penang, malaysia). cable car. ( about the same as genting) but this one was a little bit more violent as the wind was pretty strong when we were there. it didnt help that i was afraid of heights. lol. couldn't see anything due to the immense movement of fog. this cable car went over the sulphur pits. smelly. ( i didnt see the eggs which was supposedly increase ur lifespan when eaten)

on the way to the hakone hotel i was staying(Hotel Resorpia Hakone) i tried the hotsprings tub. the open air one. i went when it was like dinner time so that i don't have to see so many ppl in the pond.
when i got there there was like 4 naked guys. and they do cover their privates with their hands. i thought they were so brave just to walk around naked. i saw one coming out of the pond with his hand covering his privates.
lol after washing myself .( the showers were facing the wall. so noone could see u from the pond.) after that just go in the pond and soak. after soaking. come out wash again. then go back in soak a little while more then out to towel dry. didn't wash again so that the so -called natural elements can soak into the skin.
room i had was just on top of a small man made pond. it would have been quite nice if it wasn't for the fact it was still in the summer weather.

living on a budget

£4 per weekday and £10 for groceries for the week. that's it's gonna be till sept. hopefully.. until i start to try shopping again .. -_- so far for the last few days has been okays. spent like £8 for groceries for this week. some beef, some chicken wings( which i completely finished during the weekend) which included half a kg of fruit and nut cadbury. today was 2 for £2 sausage rolls from tescos. nothing else happened. my friend's father died of lung cancer. i wish them condolences. it was so sudden apparently. but i have had no contact with them since i left KL/miri. i heard it from another friend who was in miri who msged me asking me about my blood pressure as he said he was scared now. i asked. scared of dying ? lol. anyways, it's best to be preventing than trying to cure it when it comes.. so i really have to switch back to no salt diet.. T_T kk that's it. season 6 of 24 was like erm... okays... it was basically a repeat of the plots.. hope that's the la...

Ultimate Burger. ( sorry no pics)

Tried something new for lunch the other day. namely ultimate burger. . it's a tad pricey when compared to the burgers i had in macdonalds or burger king. :P £7 per medium sized burger. i had just the minted lamb burger(£6.95), and some spicy onion rings.(£1.95) in the ultimate burger store in tottenham court road. it was not too bad. a pretty nice setting too. all u have to do is queue up order ur food, then get a number then u put it on the table. they have sort of a hanger for u to put ur numbers to. just like in those kind of chinese open air market in petaling jaya give u number then they come look for u.. but this one they come to look for u with ur food almost about 2 mins after u've sat down and they would ask u if u liked ur food. gripes about the food. lamb burger seems small.. but its' about the size of a chargrilled flame burger in burgerking. taste wise, very tender lamb meat with mint sauce. it's nice. :P the onion rings are a different matter though . for ...
