hm yeah.. that's it.. i've ran out of things to say. i had pictures on my phone, wanted to download it. but was lazy. am still lazy. it's just one of those days. I figured i wanna go a transit through dubai when i go back. it would be nice to see what's there to shop. anyways, it'll be a short post today. food eaten: penne pasta + curry + 2 carrots + lotsa french beans, and 8 mini hot dogs. i think. or wassit stunted long beans. had 3 pieces of chocolate. *drool* .. oh yeah .. i forgot i had home made yeow char kway . er.. it doesnt look it.. but it does taste a bit like it. that reminds me that i want to get one myself a churros maker from spain. what is a chinese new year without redness.. my dumb cleaver wanted to be red too even though it was stainless steel so it took a bit of my redness. i had to tie my flow of redness with a rubber band. it's amazing. that i dont actually appreciate my thumb till i can't really use it. anyways, my thumb is almost back to normal. healing pretty rapidly. it's all thanks to lotsa vitamin C plus some meat. and lotsa tea tree oil oh yes.. and my trusty rubber band. it's a beautiful day. I watched the whole season 2 of 24. and beach boys (japanese series Note to self:must get the dvds.) food: i made wontons i think i did sya it.anyways, i'm getting old. i made curry too. too bad i forgot my tummy shrunk due my new way of eating which is eat more times with less food. instead of the normal things eat less time with lotsa food. hehe. so now i'm left with lotsa food. yummy. then i wouldnt really have to cook alot. ta. happy chinese new year. it's back to work back to wo

Mind boggling, pain crushing, eye popping, knee shaking, wallet lightening kind of exercise for me... 1. switching to brown rice once i can find it. and once i finish my white rice.( wonder if netto sells brown rice.) 2. get meself a juicer. make juices out of those damn carrots. ( this one is gonna have to wait. meanwhile i'll try to see if i can nuke them bastard carrots and eat them.) 3. Veges - frozen over canned, and fresh over frozen. 4. Multi vit supplements. I've just realized that i loooooooveeeeeee cookiesssss... hahahha just kidding. it's jst that it was buy 1 free 1 so i bought them. amazingly even though the outside packaging looks plain and unappealing, it was quite nice. sweet and oaty as shown. but i'm not sure if i'm actually eating oats or not. cos the last time i ate oats was when i was back in miri. when mom was making it or something or wassit that i was dreamts. anyways, back to the cookies. tastes nice. even though it has no choco it still looks healthy. not sure if its really. but i managed to hold off eating off the whole packet in one nite. alright.. it lasted 3 nites. 100g a nite. that would explain why i havent lost all i wanted. speaking of losing.. dammnit.. last nite i had the most horrible freaky dream. i dreamt i was back in KK airport and i misplaced my wallet and then when i saw it.. i checked it.. my credit cards, my money was gone. and i was stranded in KK with no money. and suddenly dunno why

Poppadoms. papadoms. or whatever doms. all i know about it is that it's nice to eat when u're having lotsa hot stuffs.. it seems to take the hotness away. it's just like those chinese prawn crackers. but i dont see me eating the chinese prawn crackers with my meals do i ? okies. first things first, this is the first time i've seen poppadoms sold i mean the raw stuffs. i've never seen things like that in KL. omg... suaku.. hehe. all i ever needed to do when i wanna go eat poppadoms was just to pop in into an indian restaurant or some indian coffee shop for nasi briyani and then i get lotsa poppadoms. but like they say, you won't know what you've lost till u really can't find it. hehe. i was here for about 16 months b4 i knew there was such a thing that was sold in supermarkets. as for this one.. i just microwaved it. it tasted nice. no oil. so it's a LITTLE bit healthier. that's all i can say about it. i bought 5 packs of it. after i went back to

what a cornholio joke!! i heard that ppl who works for 40 hours a week or some even less have a less chance of being successful. now i AM spending like 8 hours in the office a day. i tried spending 9.5 hours in a day in the office. seems a bit weird. doesn't seem to give me any sense of achievement if i just sit and do nothing. but lucky for me these few days, been busy. anyways, back to the topic, the say . work more than 40 hours a week to be successful. i'm running an experiment to see if that's correct. else i'd throw it out the window. duration of experiment : 4 weeks. it's only been half a week. so another 3 more weeks to go. and then there's this point that says, hmm i'm not getting any life am i ? heh. funny. anyways, it's always good to have a friday after a long week's work. in fact, i think the only time i'd enjoy a weekend nicely is when i worked full time nonstop during the week.. ahhh.. it's friday.. haha.. meaningless .. meanin

hmmm picture says it all. bought that speaker when i first got a free p3 computer. that pair of speakers was bought from www.maplin.co.uk then i bought meself a second hand 20 inch sony monitor. freaking heavy. 30kgs. carried it on the tube and buses. i ALMOST DIED... haha. then found out the speakers here then was quite expensive. so this i bought. used it till a few months back when i finally got fedup of it.. so i bought the x-530 logitech. but it has served me well. though i really really hated it. end today. very busy. note: i had 2 chicken thighs, 2 poppadoms, half a raw lettuce, really less rice, and 2 chocolate cookies. just past reach the 74 mark. but it's .9 so it's not that near yet. thats all.

thats the lock i bought a few months back from evanscycle . i forgot if i ever reminded myself that a bike lock cost that freaking much. i bought 1 lock and one extension. that extension cost about £12.99. at that time i was thinking oh crap. why do i have to buy something so expensive to protect a bike which i didnt even buy. hehe. anyways, i bought it.. and my bike is still okays. so i guess it's a pretty much good buy as it keeps me healthy and my means of transport to work locked up. one thing though, i'm sure this is the most expensive lock for a vehicle i've ever bought. even my car i have never bought a lock so expensive. erm.. lessee all i had was built in lock in that dumb wira. hehe short and sweet today. Right... i swear this is the last one.. the last shopping thing i'm gonna buy for myself for this week.hehe. i've always wanted white teeth.. too bad it was not that white. so this is my solution for the moment hopefully it works better than my old one. my old one was using the electrical unit as a charger. but i have no idea how it got spoilt as i think the water leaked into the housing and then caused the battery to rust. so i couldnt use that one anymore. and i opened it up. right my mistake. anyways, after 2 years of brushing without this kind of toothbrush. i bought the battery operated one as i still have my rechargable batteries that's lying around so i thought i might give this a try. and it should be easy to fix if it fails on me. so far it's been working fine. it came with 2 duracell batteries. the actual price that was stated in the supermarket was £12.99. and it was 50% off. woah.. whatadeal .. yeah right.. it's just a marketing gimmick. yikes... post i

bought this on saturday when i told myself i wasnt gonna spend money but noooooo morrisons HAD to have this on sale. it was going for £1. instead of the usual .. erm.. i never checked. last day was that day. i mean the promotion for the £1 was till that day. anyways, i bought 2. one of it was this one. and another was the peperoni slices. it was okay. i guess. put in in the oven for about 30 mins or less then took it out. didnt have lotsa cheese. but taste was good. crispy. for £1 ? yeah worth the money. i ate the whole pizza in 15 mins. well it was a thin crust pizza. so it's nothing much to brag about. it was a jammed up day today. so many buses and weird drivers on the road. but it's still a beautiful day. any day which is not raining IS a beautiful day to me who is cycling :P self note: more shopping items to put pasted here soon. bah humbugs.. i hate shopping. :P must try and see if i have the time to go to chinatown to get the won ton skins for new year. extra note again:
