Mind boggling, pain crushing, eye popping, knee shaking, wallet lightening kind of exercise for me...
1. switching to brown rice once i can find it. and once i finish my white rice.( wonder if netto sells brown rice.)
2. get meself a juicer. make juices out of those damn carrots. ( this one is gonna have to wait. meanwhile i'll try to see if i can nuke them bastard carrots and eat them.)
3. Veges - frozen over canned, and fresh over frozen.
4. Multi vit supplements. ( get some from morrisons try them for a month and see if there are any difference.)
5. whole wheat flour to try to bake bread ? :P so can spend my time having bread instead of buying bread. (this one i can try )
6. cottage cheese ??!?? wth... i dont even know how to USE cheese...
7. Apple cider ... hmmm reminds me of my younger days. drinking apple cider with honey. tastes like 7 up. :P
