Aroma Chinese Buffet - Wood Green Shopping Centre £10.50

q: how to get there ?
a: take the bus number 29 towards wood green. after turnpike lane u'll see a big huge mall directly straight up the road. ring the bell come down. and then walk up the mall then se i think should be on the right hand side of the mall if u're coming from the south to the north.( from london towards wood green la )
else it'd be on ur left.

q: how was it ?
a: quite good la. they have lotsa variety of food.
1. teppan yaki, which had aobut 10-15 raw type of ingredients for u to get the chef to cook.
2. wasabe, some weird looking shushi, lotsa chinese food lets see, about 8-10 different types of food per island, there were about 4 islands, so about 40 different types of chinese or asian food lor.
3. 2 types of soup.
4. lotsa starchy food. the usual la. it makes u full faster.
5. didnt buy any drinks. a jug of water cost about £1.20. tea or chinese tea about £1 per person which is naturally standard
6. food was erm.. yummy if only i had a bigger tummy.
7. 3 different type of icecreams. vanilla, choco, strawberry. soft and taste quite edible too.
8. salads were just tomatoes, lettuce, grated carrots, corn, erm can't remmber the rest. but it was okays.
started from 6.45pm to 945pm.
we did up till 8.15pm. i was stuffed.
will go there again when i feel like eating tons of prawns. the prawns were BIG.

note: thought it wasnt raining today when i left the house.. but then halfway the rain came drizzling down. grumbles. my pants got wet. but amazingly it dries pretty fast. not bad for a pair of gap jeans. or maybe i didnt really get that wet.

up to date : i've travelled 707.92 km on my bicycle. that's not too bad for about 11 month's worth of cycling. hehe.
shopping was also the first time i spent without credit card.

We went there a long time ago. It was okay. There is a better Chinese buffet somewhere between Mile End and Limehouse called Wingz or something like that. Around £5 for lunch two years ago.
ahh okies. will try that one of these days. hopefully it's still there. thanx for the info :P

got my japanese visa.

1 year multiple entries. each entry 90 days. nice ! anyways, i think i did mention that japanese efficiency was also seen in the embassy ???!!?? alright, please scratch that. the time i went was early in the morning and i was one of the first person there so service was fast. i found the service to be comparable to other embassies where they are not really that quick.. well.. can't blame them just that it was my bad luck that my visa wasn't printed. 1. i went in the morning at 10 at stated on the paper. 2. she tried to find it.. couldn't find my passport. and then she said it's not ready yet.. please come back in the afternoon. T_T. (i shouldn't have woken up so early) 3. i went back to the embassy after lunch. took warren st to green park. it was stated severe delays but when i went on it.. it was quite quick. 4. i was the second in line to collect visa. not ready.. T_T.... he said.. 5 mins.. they are gonna print it now... 5. i waited.... 5 mins.... 10 mins.... 15 ...

A short history of my reading of books

I read 3 books on sat and sunday. some say i don't really read these books that i say i read because i read so fast that i can't possibly grasp the entire story. and some say stories are best read slowly and digested slowly. I've always been a person who rushes through most of the things i do. sometimes i take time and do the stuffs slowly sometimes quickly. kk. right now from saturday onwards, i'm gonna keep count on how many books i can read till i exhaust the feeling that i wanna read books. i started reading when i was 8 years old. i mean REALLY into reading. i spent one year living with my aunt back in sibu and while all my older cousins were studying and doing their own things, i sat down in front of the TV and watched the friday's cartoon. about a whale with special powers. ( this was usually met by my uncle with dark looks because i watch too much telly.) i read the whole childcraft encyclopedia. ( it wasn't hard because it was done in such a way that a ...

rain rain rain ...

i went to thomas global exchange on sunday. there was a long queue just to change money. so indeed my recommendation of the place was correct. it was in a quiet place. but it looked alright. there were lotsa ppl. and ppl who were walking past were very intrigue by this long line in front of a money changer. that's about it. i still need to change a little bit more. so i'll wait for my next round b4 i go there again. it was pissing rain outside. i thought i'd have to wait till it settled down. but as it is with london's rain, it just is not like the torrential downpour back in msia. lighting and thunder. yippee.. i used to hide whenever i hear thunder and see the lightning. and then i grew out of being scared of it. now i'm scared of a different kind of thing. that aside, nothing else is special. i brought food to work today. from the baguette i bought from somerfield on sunday. it was 62p for 4 wholemeal ones. i stuffed it with corned beef i bought from sainsbury. a...
