Bond... James Bond... ..

Camera laaaa... u think what ?? real james bond meh ?? sheeesh. well since the hype on all the camera phones.. this camera MODEL JB1 has gone out of style i guess.. but it still brings out the novelty feelings in ppl who sees it.. ooo it's a lighter... ahhh it's a CAMERA !!! how do u use it.. like some suaku who never see miniature cams b4. this one is good. got low light mode, high res mode, timer mode and can save documents in it as a thumbdrive as well.. but only got about 8 mb or 16mb of memory. pictures taken out are about 640 X 480 pixels. low light means low light lor. the one i'm impressed is that the timer mode. can set it to 10/20/60/ mins intervals. not sure.. never used it. uses 1 AAA battery. box packaging also quite nice ler. usb cable is generic. it came wihtout the datacable. i used my canon digicam's cable to download into my computer. 150 high res(640X480) pics. more if low res. forgot what lens mm liaw.. i think it's 28mm or something.. and not au

This may be old news but i'm really suprised it happened as well.. maybe suprised is not the word.. SHOCKED.... if i had so much time to do browsing.. next time i'll do it.. to get this. the pictures speaks for itself. EDIT: to save the misery of those 56kers if there are any of those still around. the picture says that DO NOT EVER EVER PISS OFF YOUR WIFE !!! i think the story was about this guy who said he would sleep with this girl on the radio LEAVE HIS WIFE FOR THIS GIRL ..and then his wife heard it. so his wife, being really pissed.... auctioned his lotus esprit turbo for 50p !! IF ONLY I WAS SURFING THE NET THEN ..... i missed out on a chance of a lifetime.. this is real. reported in the Birmingham News .. welll that's all for today folks

Quality of tofu for 99p

This tofu man sure don't need to drive like takumi to send these types of tofu. hehe. 99p for one pack usually but the time i bought it, it was 99p buy one free one. so i got it for about 50p each. yup. safeway again. i dont go other markets much cos it's far. and i'm lazy. hehe. i've never really cooked tofu b4 back home so i guess this tofu dont really feel as soft as those fresh ones.but still they are edible. cooked chicken with tofu with onions and caramel sauce. yum. i've always thought tofu would break under pressure. but this is one hardcore tofu. never break into pieces when i transferred it to the pan. here's the pictures for today.

Malboro Blend 28 £2.60

[Edit:right.. i spelled the marlboro word wrongly. hehe. will correct it now. [edit:Mispelled Marlboro]] pack of 10s for £2.60. nutting much to talk about it. it's still a cigarette pack. dry as usual for malboros MARLBORO. yes. cigarettes are expensive here. well there ARE other choices. rollups. where normal ppl wouldnt really smoke it ? no ideas.. rollups are about £9 for one 50g pack which will last about 2 weeks depending on how often you roll. addition to the rollups.. u need cigarette paper which cost about 20p to 30p a pack of 50 papers else can buy in bulk for box of 10 packs fora bout £1++.or less if can find cheaper place to buy. then u need filters. filters are about 60p per pack of 150 - 160pcs. then u roll cigarettes lorr. hehe. okies. maybe this is not suitable for kids. but then again.. for those ppl who smoke. maybe msia might just sell cigarettes for RM 20.00 a pack of dunhill then u might switch to rollups. :P ta. On a side note : play this shockwave game if u w

Mr. Kipling's Battenberg Cake. looks nice..

hmmm been so busy on friday forgot to update. will post 2 post to console myself today. to the cake. cake looks cute. but tastes horrible. maybe it was because i bought it cheap from sainsbury . it's original price was £1.29. but i bought it for 49p. cheap as i was. maybe that's the reason the cake tasted bad.. but the expiry wasnt till anohter 2 days time. :P anyways, it tasted like smelled like cough syrup. u know those red coloured ones. tasted okays. the outer layer is just icing erm or rather sugar.. no ideas waht that was but it was SWEET. then inside, just like the normal sponge cake. all in all.. i wouldnt buy it ever again. :P here are the pics.

Jammie Dodgers 65p for 2 packs.

Just as promised to myself.. i'll write about the jammie dodgers. they are basically biscuits with jam fillings in the middle. pictures will show it. i bought 4 packs as i thought it was cheap and i didnt know there was only 8 or 10 pieces of it inside.. grumbles. anyways, they come in 3 different flavours, vimto, original , and vanilla flavour. i bought 2 originals and 1 each of the other flavours. well they taste okays. but somehow when it goes down my throat it feels a bit warm in my throat. not sure if it's the biscuits or my throat cos other biscuits, i've never gotten those feelings. its sort of those kind of warm and fuzzy feeling. heheheh must be the heat.. speaking of heat... the heat here in london is HORRIBLE !!! i think it's becos my office does not have air cond. it's like working in a sauna. sommore my office just moved.. threw all the fans away. lucky i brought one home. managed to cool the room a bit but not much. okok back to the jammies, not sure h

Kurau Phantom Memory - anime

just started watching kurau phantom memory last nite. it talks about a special power that goes in pairs and this one went into the body of this girl Kurau who was daughter to a research scientist in the year 2010. or wassit 2000 or 2100 not sure.. dun remember. but it was her 12th birthday and her father had to work, and she got mad cos her father couldnt spend the day with her. so the father invited her to go to observe the experiment with him. then that's where the interesting part comes in. i've only watched 6 eps of the 24 eps. well it's sort of the same genre as fafner no azure, talking about a space age power. but this one i think is a little bit more interesting. hehe. oh yeah. that's what i do sometimes when i have nothing to do at home. watch animes. and back to the anime. it's a journey where the special powers.. named rynax..( or it sounded like linux) :P trying to find a way out of the body or something.. not sure.. will try and update this post when i&

Ultimate Burger. ( sorry no pics)

Tried something new for lunch the other day. namely ultimate burger. . it's a tad pricey when compared to the burgers i had in macdonalds or burger king. :P £7 per medium sized burger. i had just the minted lamb burger(£6.95), and some spicy onion rings.(£1.95) in the ultimate burger store in tottenham court road. it was not too bad. a pretty nice setting too. all u have to do is queue up order ur food, then get a number then u put it on the table. they have sort of a hanger for u to put ur numbers to. just like in those kind of chinese open air market in petaling jaya give u number then they come look for u.. but this one they come to look for u with ur food almost about 2 mins after u've sat down and they would ask u if u liked ur food. gripes about the food. lamb burger seems small.. but its' about the size of a chargrilled flame burger in burgerking. taste wise, very tender lamb meat with mint sauce. it's nice. :P the onion rings are a different matter though . for

Thumbtacks... &*^%"£$%&^

okies. here's why i hate thumbtacks, 1. u put it on a students seat when he sits down ??? that's gotta hurt. 2. they leave holes when they are taken out from the thing it's tacked to. 3. they hurt. 4. they put holes in my bicycle tyres... and when i said tyres i mean TYRES !!! BOTH $%"^£$ OF THEM .... someone must have put them there.. damn .. i wondered who did i piss off to get thumbtacks on my tyres. just found out when i was wheeling the bike home. saw the first thumbtack after wheeling it for 10 mins. and then i thought .. shit happens.. only one tyre mah. then i wheeled it almost halfway home.. i noticed something shiny on my front tyre. wahh.. i struck diamond la.. something shiny on my tyre.. look closer... ^%"%"$%"$ KNNTNSCCB .. ANOTHER thumbtack... pulled that one out.. instantly regretted it. Pshhhhhhh.... now i'm left with 2 flats and another 25 mins walk home.. &$^%&$^&$%*&^^% but well once i reached home. patched it up.

Insurance - . my suprise...

okays, imagine u already have insurance for ur house, car, ur life. but what WILL they think of next. ??? PET INSURANCE !!! yes.. pet insurance, i was walking to the store and while waiting for some of my friends, i saw this on the wall. pet insurance brought to u by tesco. hahhaahha . it says from around £4 per month for cats, and £7 per month for dogs, u can get ur pet an insurance. lets see what kind of cover they give for ur pets, like normal la. pay for hospital bill. ( visits to the vet from the start of diagnose of the condition for 12 months up to £2500.00) Third Party Liability. - make sure that u can pay ur neighbours if ur dog/cat causes harm to them and if ur neighbours decide to sue u .. they will cover u up to a million pounds... ooooo easy way to make a million pounds. lost or stolen pets. - they will pay for cost of advertising or reward for the person who find ur pet. up to £500. Death of pet ????? ur pet die due to an accident or if cannot find after lost they will re

Running out of fizz... (£1.99)

ever had that bottle of coke that once opened and u can never get back the fizziness ? it seems that this mechanism works for the standard bottles. i bought this to try out as i drink a lot of coke. on a side note. coke here is expensive. £1.32 for a standard 2 litre bottle. but if sometimes got sale, u can get buy 1 free 1 in somerfield so its about 66p for a 2 litre bottle. but since i've moved, my local store became safeway, so it's 2 for £2. okies back to the fizz thingy. it works just like a normal bottle cap except that it has a rubber thing that feels like a pipet(science apparatus) look at the pics down there to see. and u have to pump it like tons of times b4 u can get the bottle pressurized again. then when u open the bottle the next time, it pops. like popping a champagne cork. anyways, it seems to work. SEEMS is like the word.i havent left the coke there for a few days cos i usually finish up the coke within 1 day. so there u go. not my problem yet. until i find if

Jaffa Cakes. 40p

Call me el cheapo or something.. but okies i know this is not the original mcvitties jaffa cake. but it's half the price for the jaffa cakes. mcvitties sells for 79p. it's 300g pack. tastes ultra super sweet. like the stock market on the sugar prices going down. they put so much sugar in the jaffa cake. it's sweeter than the mcvitties. i bought it from netto as well. there's lotsa cakes in the supermarkets here. most of them about £1 or £2. i've tried jaffa cakes from tesco, safeways, and this one as well as the mcvitties. it's no doubt that mcvitties is nice. when one does not have much money . this will have to do. hehe. until the next snack. see ya .

Wagon Wheels - 29p Netto ( 99p sold in safeway)

Today I will talk about this wagon wheels. it's basically a biscuit covered in chocolate with cream and raspberry syrup in the middle. the biscuit is soft though like a stale sponge cake. :P . the cream has lack of taste but is helped by the rasberry syrup in the middle. bought it from netto for 29p. it's usually priced at 99p in safeway. that's correct at the time of writing though. packs of 6 in the package. it's just chocolate.

Safeways Sausage Rolls - 45p (£1.39 u.p)

bought this over the weekend. it was on the clearance counter. it was due on that day itself that's why it was so cheap. but since i was hungry i bought it and ate it on the day itself. one thing about pork here. it has a different sort of smell from the ones we have at home. but a sausage is a sausage roll. put it in the oven for about 5 mins. it had a little bit of too much oil. after out from the oven it was oily at the bottom part. crispy on the top just nice to eat on a cold day.
