Rustlers Quarter Pounder - 3 for £3.75 from tesco express

0 to Tasty in 70 Seconds was contemplating what i could put in the office's microwave which is cheap and easy with absolutely no nutrition at all. at first i took the sausage rolls, but i saw it wasn't recommended for microwave ovens. so drat. put that down. saw the chicken and stuffs.. they were like 2.89 for 1 but serves 2. but because i don't share my food i gotta eat them in one sitting so that's out too. anyways, bought that. smells alright. did feel a little rubbery ( just a teeeny weeny bit rubbery) but had cheese and tomato ketchup prepacked. 190g . not too little not too much. i made the call to the american embassy today. called from an o2 pay as you go. ( because my office blocked off the 09 numbers) lol. that phonecall costed me like £18.42 for about 10 mins. they had this guy with a scottish accent.. ( it was soooooo thick that i couldn't really hear what he was saying over the phone) T_T. i mean if it was the guy from LOST.. the desmond guy with the s

echocardiogram - ultrasound scan of the heart

woot.. !! i saw my heart lol. like a pregnant woman who sees her baby on the monitor.. it was so cool !. the techician stuck 3 wires to my body. made me lie on my left side with my left hand up and elbow facing downward. like a sleeping position. and then he pressed a few buttons on the machine. i could feel the gel on my chest. weird. it wasn't cold. not like the movies. and then it seems like ages when he was taking the echo. then i could hear weird noises coming out from the machine. i thought wtf.. what the heck is that.. ooo it's the sound of my heart pumping blood. ( it really sounded weird. i thought it was supposed to sound like dub dub. dub dub. but mine sounded like weird. different parts of the ultrasound gave different heard pumping sound) then he said to turn a little over that was when i could see the monitor. ahaha nice ! i could see my heart. i think i he was looking at the triscuspid valve, or the mitral valve.. not sure if that's how it's spelled. ( i

fishworks at marylebone high street.

it was either Fishworks or Orrery on marylebone high street for dinner when my friend told me to look for places to eat at a last minute. doing a google search places to eat marylebone high street came up with londontown.com's listing of these 2 places. when we walked in there .. they asked if we had reservations.. ( i forgot.. london is a place where reservations needs to be made for dinner) anyways, they had lotsa free tables. ppl came trickling in at about 8ish. London Dining / Fish and Seafood Fishworks 89 Marylebone High Street, Westminster, London, W1U 020 7935 9796 i had monkfish. it was GOOD !! or rather nice ! chewy succulent juicy ! yum ! i would go there again if i was a millionaire lol close to a £100 for 4 person. water except wine for 1 person. kalamari starters and 1 portion of chips for sides. ( i don't like greens) the others didn't want any. the mayo they served there was bland !! ( i dip my chips in mayo) the chips there was kinda old i gues.. didn'

Hampstead Heath.

i went for a walk with my flatmate to the park since it was a nice and warm sunday. it was nice. i guess. nothing much .. just the walking made my feet ache. ( i didn't wear proper walking shoes. lol) it had 3 ponds. men only. mixed. and girls only. ( we could never find the girl's pond.) i wonder where's that hidden. rumour has it that the men's pond is frequented by gay ppl. ( nothing against them. some of them do have good bodies). we walked up the hill and it sorta could see the skyline of london.. it was a good photo opportunity but i didn't bring my camera. aww.. next time maybe. there were ppl flying kites and some ppl flying something like a miniature parachute. ate some iced lollies. then had kebab for dinner.. then poker again. but yup. hampstead heath is a nice park to go to if u wanna take a look at london's buildings :D

we will rock you @ Dominion Theatre @ 730pm

woot.. managed to net myself a free ticket to the show. and i didn't think of asking anyone else cos *shrug* too used to going at it alone. ( there were initially 2 tickets.) anyways, back to the show. i went in at about 7 pm sat down.. the show didn't start till 740pm. it started off as any other plays would. but it was really cool. based on songs sung by Queen, the play progressed in a way that had girls in skimpy outfits gyrating to the music.men too. (but of course i wasn't into watching men) only recognized 4 songs from the play. 1. another one bites the dust. 2. bohemian rhapsody. 3. we will rock you !! ( who wouldn't.. thanks to the MIGHTY DUCKS !!!! ) 4. we are the champions.. same as above. i think i had one of the best seats in the house.. or dunno the last time i came to this place was for a hillsongs church christmas special. sat right all the way at the back. the effects was very good. sound was awesome. (i used to dabble a little with the music and and so

Natwest and my £28 charge.

how much i hate my hindsight about not having to ask for overdraft limit when i opened my account a few years ago. or foresight.. to a mr SW of natwest bank. man.. u gotta loosen up .. lol though i'm not much relaxed myself. geez.. i wasn't trying to get at him.. i was just trying to find out ways to see if i can get it without being charged the £28. that guy wasn't of any help at all. and on his tie had a badge that says, are u extremely satisfied with the service ? OMG.. his service was HORRIBLE !! early in the morning to have to deal with a difficult customer does not mean that u can take a pot shot at him.. u're in the service industry.. u moron !! anyways, i'm not sure i would have done any better.. but i was sure he was on the verge of sayiing.. F*CK off, i'll close ur acct so u'll be happy. somehow.. i don't get much of these in the banks.. i think there was another guy in another natwest was much better. Deputy Branch Manager .. MY ARSE !! i shou

nokia 6300 from CMC markets

woot !! i got my phone yesterday !! it is black in colour and had the cmc market software installed and unlocked ( not sim locked) so it's good. i can finally retire my nokia 7280 ( incidentally i think it was the first cam phone in the market that i bought years ago in bangsar for about RM 1.8k) this new phone is slim and a little larger than my ipod nano. bigger screen. the cover for the battery is metal. which is a new to me. because all the nokia i've ever had came with a plastic cover for the battery slide cover thingy. camera is alright. a little slow so the subject must be still for the photo to be taken. the menu buttons are a little too small for my hands.. since i've got big hands.. so pressing the menu buttons are like a chore. other than that.. i have no ideas how to use the phone. it came with a microsd card.. 128mb .. omg.. that's sooooo small... anyways, not like i'm gonna use it for anything else now i think i should be able to take photos with the
