Pub culture and my culture ?

visited duke of york down the street where i worked. last friday. then popped over to the poet, middlesex street. and then jumped to club 93live. this is an account of how i managed to drink with them. duke of york - left work. walked to the place. drank one beer. talked a little bit. drank anohter beer. talked a little bit more + ppl seems to look a little fuzzy. okies. that's it. i know i can't drink beer. but the fact that 2 beers within the space of an hour. before i left fot the other pub. another poured me a little bit of vodka redbull. amazingly it tasted very nice. hehe. well then talked for a while more then left. couldnt walk straight. haha. well.. not really that drunk but i could feel that i wasn't really on earth. lol took the train to liverpool st. station. walked about 10 mins to the poet. mind you. i have no ideas how to get there now. saw a few more friends.. by then i was erm.. dunnowhatchamacallit. hehe. friend bought me coke. insisted i drank coke. well.

I plagiarized....

Tis would be nice if love ruled the world. Most of the time... I have waited patiently for you to show me your vulnerability so that I could be your pillar when the storm comes. But you think and act as if your show of strength is always what i need, your tears don't trickle long enough for me to realise and reciprocrate the strength that you need. I loved it when you used to come and sit beside me and just say nothing when I feel down or just not doing anything at all. You don't have to always speak as your prescence besides me gives me strength and comfort to carry on. Thank you for being with me. I detest myself in not having the eyes to see what makes you laugh and the ability to bring those flames back to the days when you were smiling 90% of the day. I appreciate every little single thing that you've tried so hard to do when i was down. But now I regret those times when I could have made you laugh. Please forgive me. I never ever gave a second thought on the way you

i finally found out what the heck was houston, we have a problem.

i've always heard my friends use houston we have a problem. but what i didnt know was the meaning behind that houston's problem. today i was bored half to death. so i decided to scour the internet for something interesting and office safe. i read and read.. and i found that it was problem with bursting faucet. hehe. maybe i shouldn't post the excerpt here.. but i'll post the link anyways. hope this enlighten ur days. yes i ran out of pictures to take. :p - excerpts from wired - Human waste has bedeviled NASA engineers from the get-go. Alan Shepherd's first 15-minute suborbital flight was so short that no one thought to install a urine receptacle in his space suit. At T-minus 15 minutes, an electrical problem caused an 86-minute delay on the launchpad. Shepherd's bladder soon reached the bursting point, and he radioed the first-ever "Houston, we have a problem" message. After some deliberation, mission control had an answer: "Do it in the suit.&qu

Some Japanese Meetup in London

went for one last nite. didnt know what to expect. just thought i should go take a look. went there at about 7. it was supposed to start at 730. sat and drank quarter of a pint to make it look like i'm still alive else the barkeep would kick me out. hehe. just kidding. anyways, come 740pm. only 3 ppl arrived. all guys. all non japanese. hehe. no ideas. but wasnt organised nicely to tell that where will they be sitting or stuffs like that. so i went there bodoh bodoh go ask them .. ahem. are u the... they immediately said yes. they were quite friendly. more ppl came later. i think some came later some left earlier. well i finally managed to speak some of the japanese i've learnt from anime. lol. it seems to work. understandably i can only speak those which the anime characters have spoken. location was a pub. Sony Ericssons K750i + O2 Blue tooth headset

just got my new fone from o2 a few days ago. first look, flimsy ? not really. just a bit bulky cos the camera got flap. and no lock on the camera or maybe i havent figured out how to turn the lock on the fone. cos the camera slide opens almost everytime i put in my pants. (no i am NOT FAT). standing at 181cm and 73kg.. that's NOT FAT. bah enough about physical attributes. lets talk about the sexy sony compared to my old but used 6230. buttons usability takes a while getting used to cos the k750i has this "c" that doesnt do anything but acts as a delete button. they got a back button which makes navigation not too bad. sound quality on the headphones were not too bad. comes with a 64mb Magic gate memory stick duo. hot swappable. so i can buy a 1 gb memory stick and have my mp3 player. then blue tooth set.. maybe my face too big for it.. or i talk too soft. always kenot hear properly unless i talk louder a bit or put my hand to cover out other noises. camera is clear. autof

birthday presents - chocolates

not much things to say about these stuffs. got them from friends who thought i loved chocolates so much. for that i want to thank them for the presents that was given to me. i don't usually like celebrating my birthdays. cos each my birthdays are usually coupled with sad events. :P like getting older. etc. etc. i ate those cookies. i still have lots more left. hehe. will try to finish it soon. nice and soft with chocolate chips all around. on other days i'd be happy to eat it. but on my birthday ? naw.. too much associations with sad events :P more chocolates this one is from harrods. it looks much to nice to be eaten. so i won't eat till i feel it's like one of the other days. last but not least, i got a coupon for gelatos in harrods. cheers. happy days to u all too.

Melancholic Post

First you must decide, then you must follow through, i believe that's the only way you can get anything accomplished. But if we can attribute events to destiny, then why do we struggle to live?? so you're saying that it's pointless to wish or hope for anything ? what are we to do when we find out that our wishes will not be fufilled ? I don't know about such kind of things. I don't even know about myself. Just who decided all of it. just what did they decide. It couldn't be helped. But was it really by choice ? did you really choose it yourself ? Perhaps what we wished for was actually beyond the path we weren't able to choose? A Path that you did not choose might as well have never existed. we cannot go back, no matter how much we look back. We cannot change anything. All we can do is to keep moving forward into the unforeseeable future. Some time other than now. Some place other than here. They compete, envy, hate, consume each other. Are you saying there&

Part 1, 2 and 3.. and it continues.

Part 1. Never Deal With A Dragon. read it. made my own assumption towards life. too bad i dealt with one. and was branded by the dumb thingy. :P albeit a small one. but it's there nonetheless. it's supposed to fade off after a few years. but it's still there. its been 3 years now ? Part 2. Choose your enemies carefully. never did i once choose the right enemies. each time i chose. i got fried. lol. keep your friends close. keep ur enemies even closer. woah.. too close for comfort. this time not even i manage to get out unscathed. one day i'll come home with the spoils of war to enable the continuation of the story. :P Part 3. Find your own truth try as i may, finding my own truth to stand on my own independently as a person who will be made a hero in my own eyes. hehee. dreaming too much. quoting a line from the x-files. trust no one. have i began to experience paranoia in the same way. nope. i have not seen aliens. :P nor do i want to. but just to let u know that ads a

(sotong=calamari=squid ?) hehe i had a jade ring that looked like Chow Yuen Fatt's God of Gamblers ring when i was young. given by my grandmother who bought it from china. but then i was young and careless. i broke it. didnt tell my grandmother about it. hehe. but it's been so long i think she's already forgotten about it. anyways i managed to get my housemate to buy me some sort of jade. so he bought this. for about £1 that's what he said. but it was a gift. so it's okays. :P Snake Jade Nothing else to note. except that i'm rereading my shadowrun book. never deal with a dragon. damn. that's exciti

Cakes from China

Well, i read from book it would have been easier if life was ruled by common sense. but sometimes the easy way just does not feel right. but that's beside the point. my housemate went back to china and then came back with some cakes for me. it's those almond cakes i used to have during chinese new year. it just sorts of melts in ur mouth . hehe :) it's a nice gift. there's more. i'll post them tomorrow as to have something to post. :P

Warning.Loaded with pictures from spain etc.

okok i know i dont take really good pictures of the beaches. but think of it as redang with lotsa ppl in the beach. it's like ppl are like ants swarming to a sugar factory. personal space in the beach ranges from 2 metres square to about 3 metres square. here are some of the pics. Remind meself never to simply take pictures again. hehe. bedroom they have sofa for resting or just for the extra person to sleep. kitchenette toilet bubbles 75 metres beach (cala egos i think) fishin Part of the hotel block i stayed in Entrance to the hotel wading pool night entertainment. cala mondrago. part of it anyways Palma Beach So much bigger than the 75 metre beach. but was about an hour's drive from cala dor. the hotel i was staying in. they had a tag put on me like i was a patient in a hospital. hehe. it was to show that i was in the all inclusive package. the mark on my hand was from the entrance to the sound republic club in calador. That's all for the pics from the beach. blah.

Spain - Mallorca - Club Es Talaial

Booked my trip there from lastminute . tour operator was fleetway . last minute booking, really last minute cost me additional £15. holiday price £399. all inclusive. meaning food breakfast, dinner, lunch snacks all included. big hotel resort. but the seaside it's just a small 50 to 75 metres long beach. not very big. rented a car 176 euros. 7 days. petrol costed 45 euros. refilled the tank b4 returning the car. renault modus. really hot 7 days. all day sunny. there were showtimes at nite provided by the hotel. mostly this hotel cater for the families. Talaial bought a float to go tanning in the sea. 5.95 euros. coming back with patches of white and tanned on my back cos of uneven spread of sun lotion. PRICELESS. so, that was the reason those german kids were laughing when they walked past me . note: flew on air berlin. was pleasantly surpised. had food given out and drinks too. flight took about 2 hours. then at the end of the flight was given kit kats too. thought it was a budge
