23 june - 2 year anniversary being in london.

about 630pm i arrived in london for my first time in my life, out of malaysia.. ( brunei and singapore dun count as being overseas). after i look back, wah.. 2 years gone by just so fast.. look back also good experience la.
so many things happen..
hmmm okok stop reminiscing. now back to the friday that is.
nuttin to report except my bp went down a little bit. go home today and test again.
steamed the chicken without salt.
and saw tesco's buy 1 free 1 offer on the pringles.. @£1.38* sheeeeiiiit* i'm gonna get myself another 8 tins of pringles later.. hopefully i remember la.
oh yes.. yesterday i was on my way back home from work, i saw a cyclist that knocked her head against the sidewalk. i'm not sure how it happened cos when i cycled passed. there was lotsa ppl helping her. and 2 other cars stopping by the side of the road. there was loads of blood.. scary..
sommore she was wearing helmet... wah.. i guess either the car was not very careful or she wasn't very confident in her riding..
bah ..
one more thing.. it's harder now to take pictures as i do not have a mobile camera.
but i hope i'll get it by beginning of next month.
meanwhile the weather is still pretty good. i mean it's not hot.. i havent got a chance to use my ice that i made using the £1.99 ice cube tray from ikea.
well that's it for this week. fingers crossed my computer at home dont reboot by itself.

living on a budget

£4 per weekday and £10 for groceries for the week. that's it's gonna be till sept. hopefully.. until i start to try shopping again .. -_- so far for the last few days has been okays. spent like £8 for groceries for this week. some beef, some chicken wings( which i completely finished during the weekend) which included half a kg of fruit and nut cadbury. today was 2 for £2 sausage rolls from tescos. nothing else happened. my friend's father died of lung cancer. i wish them condolences. it was so sudden apparently. but i have had no contact with them since i left KL/miri. i heard it from another friend who was in miri who msged me asking me about my blood pressure as he said he was scared now. i asked. scared of dying ? lol. anyways, it's best to be preventing than trying to cure it when it comes.. so i really have to switch back to no salt diet.. T_T kk that's it. season 6 of 24 was like erm... okays... it was basically a repeat of the plots.. hope that's the la...

Ultimate Burger. ( sorry no pics)

Tried something new for lunch the other day. namely ultimate burger. . it's a tad pricey when compared to the burgers i had in macdonalds or burger king. :P £7 per medium sized burger. i had just the minted lamb burger(£6.95), and some spicy onion rings.(£1.95) in the ultimate burger store in tottenham court road. it was not too bad. a pretty nice setting too. all u have to do is queue up order ur food, then get a number then u put it on the table. they have sort of a hanger for u to put ur numbers to. just like in those kind of chinese open air market in petaling jaya give u number then they come look for u.. but this one they come to look for u with ur food almost about 2 mins after u've sat down and they would ask u if u liked ur food. gripes about the food. lamb burger seems small.. but its' about the size of a chargrilled flame burger in burgerking. taste wise, very tender lamb meat with mint sauce. it's nice. :P the onion rings are a different matter though . for ...
