somebody enlighten me on what is that ?
anyways, i stuck on a pair of headfones on the nokia. and went to take a nap.
easier than entertaining him.
and then ahhh.. i hear him calling me.. hey hey.. take a picture take a picture ..
i said huh ? he pointed to a mosque along the way.. ask me to take.. saying it was a nice picture.. and told me that it wasnt a mosque.. it was a temple.
that does it.. i said thank you politely and then made sure i stuffed my ears with enough tissues and headphones so i couldnt hear anything . shut my eyes.. and went on taking a nap.. he didnt disturb me after that.
Reached bristol about 1030am.
asked the tourist info counter where to take bus to clarks. they say 376/375 to yeowvil. i think. so walked to the bus stop. took the bus down to clarks. arrived there. walked around in a rush as i do not have enough time to look at all the shops. my mistake.
hehe anyways, finished up at about 330pm. took the bus back to bristol. rode the megabus ( damn hot) all the way back to london at 6pm. saw the guy again. sat on the bottom deck. didnt want to see him again. arrived back in victoria at 8.40pm.
took dinner at CCK buffet china town.

okies. basic summary.
bus london to bristol by megabus cost: £2.50 ( 1 pound one way and 50p booking fee) Time taken to travel : 2.5 hours one way.
from bristol to clarks return : £6.50 ( £3.25 one way) bus stop is after grey friars in bristol. route number 376. time taken to travel : 1.5 hours.
if in doubt walk along the st. to find the tourist centre. there were really helpful.
it seemed like bristol was living at a slower pace than london. but nice nonetheless.

some gifts: £2
that's all :P
quite easy to go therre.. but time consuming. i will try to do an overniter next time if i go somewhere far by bus..

living on a budget

£4 per weekday and £10 for groceries for the week. that's it's gonna be till sept. hopefully.. until i start to try shopping again .. -_- so far for the last few days has been okays. spent like £8 for groceries for this week. some beef, some chicken wings( which i completely finished during the weekend) which included half a kg of fruit and nut cadbury. today was 2 for £2 sausage rolls from tescos. nothing else happened. my friend's father died of lung cancer. i wish them condolences. it was so sudden apparently. but i have had no contact with them since i left KL/miri. i heard it from another friend who was in miri who msged me asking me about my blood pressure as he said he was scared now. i asked. scared of dying ? lol. anyways, it's best to be preventing than trying to cure it when it comes.. so i really have to switch back to no salt diet.. T_T kk that's it. season 6 of 24 was like erm... okays... it was basically a repeat of the plots.. hope that's the la...

Ultimate Burger. ( sorry no pics)

Tried something new for lunch the other day. namely ultimate burger. . it's a tad pricey when compared to the burgers i had in macdonalds or burger king. :P £7 per medium sized burger. i had just the minted lamb burger(£6.95), and some spicy onion rings.(£1.95) in the ultimate burger store in tottenham court road. it was not too bad. a pretty nice setting too. all u have to do is queue up order ur food, then get a number then u put it on the table. they have sort of a hanger for u to put ur numbers to. just like in those kind of chinese open air market in petaling jaya give u number then they come look for u.. but this one they come to look for u with ur food almost about 2 mins after u've sat down and they would ask u if u liked ur food. gripes about the food. lamb burger seems small.. but its' about the size of a chargrilled flame burger in burgerking. taste wise, very tender lamb meat with mint sauce. it's nice. :P the onion rings are a different matter though . for ...
