As promised.. Monkeys in london..FOC

hullo, this gonna be a short one. i have no ideas how to elaborate how the monkeys came to being. maybe the theories of evolution MIGHT provide the answer to why did i see monkeys in london.
okok .. it's not monkeys. but they sure acted like some. these pictures were taken outside hyde park on the live 8 day. Notice in the pictures there are these 4 guys in Michael Jackson's similiar uniform. i did not know they were part of the live 8 show until i saw them on telly that nite.
hehe but they were queuing up with the crowd as well. i guess i thought they were just some sort of live 8 fanatics. hehe.
but cool :)
there were cops all around. there was this guy who wanted to take the picture of the policeman with the horse. this cop was nice enough to let the tourist take a picture with him.
when ppl tried to cut queues, the police was there to stop them and there were jeers for the queue cutters and cheers for the cops who stopped them from the ppl in the queues. cos i think the queue went on for about 2 km ? or maybe less or more.. but i am sure it was VERY VERY LONG.
one of the fences was broken and they were like flies swarming to the location. all trying to get into the park.
i was just sitting around looking. :P

yeah, those aren't wacko jacko's uniform. those are beatles clothing. :)

went to hyde park a few days earlier and heard a couple of bands practising. lovely park.

living on a budget

£4 per weekday and £10 for groceries for the week. that's it's gonna be till sept. hopefully.. until i start to try shopping again .. -_- so far for the last few days has been okays. spent like £8 for groceries for this week. some beef, some chicken wings( which i completely finished during the weekend) which included half a kg of fruit and nut cadbury. today was 2 for £2 sausage rolls from tescos. nothing else happened. my friend's father died of lung cancer. i wish them condolences. it was so sudden apparently. but i have had no contact with them since i left KL/miri. i heard it from another friend who was in miri who msged me asking me about my blood pressure as he said he was scared now. i asked. scared of dying ? lol. anyways, it's best to be preventing than trying to cure it when it comes.. so i really have to switch back to no salt diet.. T_T kk that's it. season 6 of 24 was like erm... okays... it was basically a repeat of the plots.. hope that's the la...

of brussels sprouts and racial features.

brussel sprouts are in season i think. they are going for 1 pack for 52p. it used to be like 1/4 of the pack for £1. but now seems to be cheaper. oh yeah. it seems to be siu pak choi. but it just didnt opened. anyways, that nite i went to morrisons, to buy more food. but when i walked halfway i found out that i didnt bring my wallet.. ^$£"%$£^%$ but lucky i had coins in my pocket. all i had was 96p. how sad.. lol . i went to the store to look for nga choi. er.. whta they call them here.. i think some sort of beans.. they usually sell them for 45p. i wanted it cos i cooked chicken rice mah. but then they didnt have it. and they have mixed stir fried thingy which was £1.29. poor ole me didnt buy it cos i didnt have enough lol so i hunted for cheap stir fry vege, the sprouts looked like a cheaper alternative. well.. i bought it. cooked it ate it with chicken rice. next thing i knew.. i was down with a bloody cough. ugh.. lotsa phlegm. not sure how i got it.. but that aside, i've ...

first there financial spread betting. then came poker. man.. where am i going.. first things first. financial offices are REALLY cool. i went to 2 financial spread betting offices. well.. one was big and one was a little smaller. i learnt a little bit from the guys who were giving the seminar about support and resistance lines and then it seems to work. well not all the time la that is. and i'm booked to another full day seminar on how good their product is.. lol but i'm just eyeing the free lunch and the last session of the day where they teach technical analysis. and some works on technical indicators. (i'm not a man for news.. so .. i just follow indicators la) right okies. that one aside. next thing in my list was pokerstars.com i was talking to a friend of mine on friday then i don't know how we got into talking about poker.. then one thing led to another. we had friday pub with the company picking up the bill. :D i didn't know why i couldn't drink.. well.....
