I got one specs cleaner from someone who didnt want it anymore. it was new. never been used.
so i tested it out.
first pour the liquid dunno containing some silicon based stuffs that SUPPOSEDLY to be able to fill in microscopic scratches ( in layman terms- it does not do anything that u can see . in fact it is just a fancy word to make u buy it)
well filled it up. and u dont need to change the solution so often which is about 2 weeks. this helps in saving the rest of liquid which can be used at a later time.
put the batteries in. 4 AA batteries. then put ur specs in.
then press start. it goes on shaking for 40 secs with weird blue lights like something out of Seaquest DSV.
then it will open like a coffin opening.. and then the specs will still be shaking for another 10 or more so secs then wipe off with a microfibre cloth provided by the box as well.
well.. loooks good. clear enough .
and it's supposedly to be like rain-x making the specs less suspectible to fogging up.
pictures time.. :P
On a side note, i (biked) went to have a look at what the hoo hah was about the live 8 concert in hyde park. well no. i did not get the tickets but i just sat outside where the park was. there were SO MANY ppl.... woah .. i tell u ..and i didn't know that london had tons of monkeys as well.. i'll post some of the pictures tommorrow or when i get a chance. most prolly within this week.
hehe it was fun. :)
