imperative

I HATE it.. the word. i hate all words that makes me do last minute work with a short timeframe.
HATE HATE HATE !!!!
ARGHHHHHHHH .. i didnt even have time to have lunch today. that's a good point. ( that's helping me shrink my stomach)
cos i went to the jpn embassy this morning. wow ..
tube costed me like £2 and i got stuck in the morning traffic. now i know the reason why i don't really like taking the tube during rush hour apart from the price.
anyways, it seems like i'm having the travelcard today. i will go use up the travelcard stuffs.
else won't be worth it. i'm a miser i think.
i went to the japanex in excel on saturday. was a letdown. i don't forsee myself paying another £10 just to go in there again.
i don't know.. to me it just doesnt seem worth it. there was nothing there.. well.. there was a lot of things there.
but nothing spectacular. the entrance to me i would think .. should only cost about a fiver then it would be alright i guess. but then i still think it's too high.
there was nothing free for the £10... quite a ripoff.
anyways, coming from a place where pc fair means lotsa free stuffs and lotsa ppl and cheap cheap stuffs..
this one was different..
oh i remember, japancentre was selling the sushi moulds for making sushi. i bought 1 for £1.50 and i think it was alright. i bet i could get the same from the 100 yen shop in japan.
anyways, since i was there i might as well buy something.
i bought, calpis - or something like that.. (some yoghurty drink) now that i've typed it out.. it is not such a nice name for it.. sounds like cow piss to me .. sorry .. no pun intended.. but it was quite delicious.
that's £1.
and i bought some pocky which was made in thailand for 50p each. i bought 2.
and a JR Rail pass for £124. which i was conned again.. serves me right for not looking for more options around the expo. cos later i found one for £118. T_T... imagine my dismay.
bah humbugs.... life just isn't fair..
anyways, today i went to apply for a visa from the embassy. ( hate to repeat myself)
guards were like the most unfriendly ppl i've ever seen. i said to them b4 i left , u don't like smiling do u .. lol
anyways, i am supposed to go back and get my visa in 5 working days time.
after that i'll have to go change my money to yen.. the rate went up to 247 !!!! now it's back to 245.. sigh..
okies.. that's it for today.. hungry and tired.. i wanna go home and rest.. waking up at 7 is not good for health.
oh.. i had m & s pain au choc and some cheese onion twist. cos it just smelt so good coming out of the tube.
they had a bakery. so i bought and ate them. yUM !!
okies. enough for today. i'm lazy to post photos . i'll do that when i feel nicer.

got my japanese visa.

1 year multiple entries. each entry 90 days. nice ! anyways, i think i did mention that japanese efficiency was also seen in the embassy ???!!?? alright, please scratch that. the time i went was early in the morning and i was one of the first person there so service was fast. i found the service to be comparable to other embassies where they are not really that quick.. well.. can't blame them just that it was my bad luck that my visa wasn't printed. 1. i went in the morning at 10 at stated on the paper. 2. she tried to find it.. couldn't find my passport. and then she said it's not ready yet.. please come back in the afternoon. T_T. (i shouldn't have woken up so early) 3. i went back to the embassy after lunch. took warren st to green park. it was stated severe delays but when i went on it.. it was quite quick. 4. i was the second in line to collect visa. not ready.. T_T.... he said.. 5 mins.. they are gonna print it now... 5. i waited.... 5 mins.... 10 mins.... 15 ...

A short history of my reading of books

I read 3 books on sat and sunday. some say i don't really read these books that i say i read because i read so fast that i can't possibly grasp the entire story. and some say stories are best read slowly and digested slowly. I've always been a person who rushes through most of the things i do. sometimes i take time and do the stuffs slowly sometimes quickly. kk. right now from saturday onwards, i'm gonna keep count on how many books i can read till i exhaust the feeling that i wanna read books. i started reading when i was 8 years old. i mean REALLY into reading. i spent one year living with my aunt back in sibu and while all my older cousins were studying and doing their own things, i sat down in front of the TV and watched the friday's cartoon. about a whale with special powers. ( this was usually met by my uncle with dark looks because i watch too much telly.) i read the whole childcraft encyclopedia. ( it wasn't hard because it was done in such a way that a ...

rain rain rain ...

i went to thomas global exchange on sunday. there was a long queue just to change money. so indeed my recommendation of the place was correct. it was in a quiet place. but it looked alright. there were lotsa ppl. and ppl who were walking past were very intrigue by this long line in front of a money changer. that's about it. i still need to change a little bit more. so i'll wait for my next round b4 i go there again. it was pissing rain outside. i thought i'd have to wait till it settled down. but as it is with london's rain, it just is not like the torrential downpour back in msia. lighting and thunder. yippee.. i used to hide whenever i hear thunder and see the lightning. and then i grew out of being scared of it. now i'm scared of a different kind of thing. that aside, nothing else is special. i brought food to work today. from the baguette i bought from somerfield on sunday. it was 62p for 4 wholemeal ones. i stuffed it with corned beef i bought from sainsbury. a...
