mymemory.co.uk and i cleaned my room..

Kingston 4gb SDHC Mymemory.co.uk
Free Image Hosting at www.ImageShack.usi bought 2 kingston 4Gb SDHC from them. and a 4gb sandisk cruzer micro thumbdrive or something like that.
i ordered it on thursday evening. email on friday said it's in the post. on sat morning i got it.
it was by normal post and it came in 3 packages. the delivery charges was £3.95 for all of them.
it was quick. no fuss. Even though i'm dealing with computers and have bought stuffs over the internet,
i'm very apprenhensive of buying items from the internet.
only stuffs i bought with peace of mind is the airline tickets. cos they can't say i didnt buy it cos i get a reference number.
but it's the same with the other items. i get a reference number.
i guess part of my worries comes from the part that it involves the post services. back home in msia, i don't trust the normal post delivery. (yes, bad service. lol maybe not.. maybe i'm just thinking too much)
it's just inbuilt. so i seldom think of using the post office.
my problem with buying the 4gb SD card was... that i DON't have the card reader for it !! uwaaaaaa..
basically i bought those card for my camera and soon to be dSLR camera. T_T
i should have gotten one of those sandisk with the micromate reader and one of the kingston one.
the cheapest SDHC card reader i saw was from another internet shop which is about £10 incl. shipping.

Free Image Hosting at www.ImageShack.usi thought to myself.. naw.. i don't need it yet.. so i'll wait till i get that cam and then see what happens.
anyways, that aside, i had such an idea that i want to eat on a table instead of a bed in front of my computer. that i rearranged my room to take out that dining table that's been stuck in the corner.
and so i huffed and i puffed and i blew my room to a mess only to replace the mess with a table that i can eat on.
woot. i wonder how long i can keep the clean room up. so far it's only been 2 days. but of all the stuffs i kept, i don't usually use them
lemme see day to day , i only use
1. my towel, my toiletries.
2. my fridge
3. my clothes.
4. my bed.
5. my bike.
6. my magazines as reading materials.
7. and of course my computer.
that being said. everything else is just fine.
now all i need is a nice car.

living on a budget

£4 per weekday and £10 for groceries for the week. that's it's gonna be till sept. hopefully.. until i start to try shopping again .. -_- so far for the last few days has been okays. spent like £8 for groceries for this week. some beef, some chicken wings( which i completely finished during the weekend) which included half a kg of fruit and nut cadbury. today was 2 for £2 sausage rolls from tescos. nothing else happened. my friend's father died of lung cancer. i wish them condolences. it was so sudden apparently. but i have had no contact with them since i left KL/miri. i heard it from another friend who was in miri who msged me asking me about my blood pressure as he said he was scared now. i asked. scared of dying ? lol. anyways, it's best to be preventing than trying to cure it when it comes.. so i really have to switch back to no salt diet.. T_T kk that's it. season 6 of 24 was like erm... okays... it was basically a repeat of the plots.. hope that's the la...

of brussels sprouts and racial features.

brussel sprouts are in season i think. they are going for 1 pack for 52p. it used to be like 1/4 of the pack for £1. but now seems to be cheaper. oh yeah. it seems to be siu pak choi. but it just didnt opened. anyways, that nite i went to morrisons, to buy more food. but when i walked halfway i found out that i didnt bring my wallet.. ^$£"%$£^%$ but lucky i had coins in my pocket. all i had was 96p. how sad.. lol . i went to the store to look for nga choi. er.. whta they call them here.. i think some sort of beans.. they usually sell them for 45p. i wanted it cos i cooked chicken rice mah. but then they didnt have it. and they have mixed stir fried thingy which was £1.29. poor ole me didnt buy it cos i didnt have enough lol so i hunted for cheap stir fry vege, the sprouts looked like a cheaper alternative. well.. i bought it. cooked it ate it with chicken rice. next thing i knew.. i was down with a bloody cough. ugh.. lotsa phlegm. not sure how i got it.. but that aside, i've ...

Ultimate Burger. ( sorry no pics)

Tried something new for lunch the other day. namely ultimate burger. . it's a tad pricey when compared to the burgers i had in macdonalds or burger king. :P £7 per medium sized burger. i had just the minted lamb burger(£6.95), and some spicy onion rings.(£1.95) in the ultimate burger store in tottenham court road. it was not too bad. a pretty nice setting too. all u have to do is queue up order ur food, then get a number then u put it on the table. they have sort of a hanger for u to put ur numbers to. just like in those kind of chinese open air market in petaling jaya give u number then they come look for u.. but this one they come to look for u with ur food almost about 2 mins after u've sat down and they would ask u if u liked ur food. gripes about the food. lamb burger seems small.. but its' about the size of a chargrilled flame burger in burgerking. taste wise, very tender lamb meat with mint sauce. it's nice. :P the onion rings are a different matter though . for ...
