do you have those kind of friends..

1. who when only convenient to them then they will talk with you ? then any other times .. not a peep from them ?

well, i think do have a lot of those so called friends. because i am one of those as well .. bwahahahhahaa

what brought this topic up ? hmmm i wonder.. i think it's because i woke up with a big uncle of a headache. and it's pounding its way through my head like some little monster with a pickaxe.
didn't help that i couldn't find my stash of medical supplies. paracetamol + coke.
instant relief. but to my dismay, i couldn't find it in the midst of my headache. so i cycled to work like that.
and now it's still the same. i think it's because the yen dropped so sharply today and has been on a downward trend since it reached a high of 247 ( rates by thomas exchange). uwaaaa.. i should have changed the lot when it was 247.
bah humbugs..
imagine.. for £1000 X 247 = 247000 yen but at the current rate of 238 ?? £1000 X 238 = 238000 yen
that's a difference of 9000 yen .. which if i take a current exchange rate of 243 = 9000/243 = £37. !!!
T_T. i could have gotten like £37 more worth of yen if i changed it during it's high..
so like i'm never very good at taking risk or rather taking the right risk.

bah humbugs.. so should go change some yen despite the falling prices ?? anybody knows anything about forex who's willing to show me a trick or 2 ? :P

bottomline is that i'm bored.. it's 42 days to go . please somebody take me out from this misery . *cries*

i need to get some sleep..
.. sleep...
sleep....
zz......

living on a budget

£4 per weekday and £10 for groceries for the week. that's it's gonna be till sept. hopefully.. until i start to try shopping again .. -_- so far for the last few days has been okays. spent like £8 for groceries for this week. some beef, some chicken wings( which i completely finished during the weekend) which included half a kg of fruit and nut cadbury. today was 2 for £2 sausage rolls from tescos. nothing else happened. my friend's father died of lung cancer. i wish them condolences. it was so sudden apparently. but i have had no contact with them since i left KL/miri. i heard it from another friend who was in miri who msged me asking me about my blood pressure as he said he was scared now. i asked. scared of dying ? lol. anyways, it's best to be preventing than trying to cure it when it comes.. so i really have to switch back to no salt diet.. T_T kk that's it. season 6 of 24 was like erm... okays... it was basically a repeat of the plots.. hope that's the la...

Ultimate Burger. ( sorry no pics)

Tried something new for lunch the other day. namely ultimate burger. . it's a tad pricey when compared to the burgers i had in macdonalds or burger king. :P £7 per medium sized burger. i had just the minted lamb burger(£6.95), and some spicy onion rings.(£1.95) in the ultimate burger store in tottenham court road. it was not too bad. a pretty nice setting too. all u have to do is queue up order ur food, then get a number then u put it on the table. they have sort of a hanger for u to put ur numbers to. just like in those kind of chinese open air market in petaling jaya give u number then they come look for u.. but this one they come to look for u with ur food almost about 2 mins after u've sat down and they would ask u if u liked ur food. gripes about the food. lamb burger seems small.. but its' about the size of a chargrilled flame burger in burgerking. taste wise, very tender lamb meat with mint sauce. it's nice. :P the onion rings are a different matter though . for ...
