weekend came and gone again.. spent my days cooped up in the room. lazy to go out.
1. cut my hair. i must say it looks quite okays.
2. bought some bread and groceries for less than £2 in morrisons while untidily attired. ( didnt make a difference. cos i spent like 4 on lunch today)
3. went to some tavern tower off hanson st or something.. then proceeded to nordic pub where supposedly the barmaids were all blondes.. this was on friday.
4. drank beer, then tequila. then nordic pub - beer, then nordic ice, then nordic kiss, then beer. then when i realized it.. it was almost 12 am.. we started at about 8 ish.
5. didnt get a headache this time cos i took it slow.
6. sunday missed the way to cook bombay potatoes.. forgot to put the onions b4 i put the potatoes, but it was okays..
7. wanted to cook vegeterian briyani.. but then again .. was tired and hungry.. so ate the potatoes with lotsa homemade chilli.
8. wow-ed using teamspeak.. amazingly .. even with a streamyx line.. that teamspeak was quite okays.. it was hosted by my friend.. but then my friend's family had 3 ppl on the network so it was more bandwidth conserving for me to connect to them instead of them connecting to me.
9. didnt play anymore on sunday.. i shudder at the thought of WoW.
10. watched capeta, KKM. and a new series called tokyo something.
11. slept. woke up. came to work.

living on a budget

£4 per weekday and £10 for groceries for the week. that's it's gonna be till sept. hopefully.. until i start to try shopping again .. -_- so far for the last few days has been okays. spent like £8 for groceries for this week. some beef, some chicken wings( which i completely finished during the weekend) which included half a kg of fruit and nut cadbury. today was 2 for £2 sausage rolls from tescos. nothing else happened. my friend's father died of lung cancer. i wish them condolences. it was so sudden apparently. but i have had no contact with them since i left KL/miri. i heard it from another friend who was in miri who msged me asking me about my blood pressure as he said he was scared now. i asked. scared of dying ? lol. anyways, it's best to be preventing than trying to cure it when it comes.. so i really have to switch back to no salt diet.. T_T kk that's it. season 6 of 24 was like erm... okays... it was basically a repeat of the plots.. hope that's the la...

Ultimate Burger. ( sorry no pics)

Tried something new for lunch the other day. namely ultimate burger. . it's a tad pricey when compared to the burgers i had in macdonalds or burger king. :P £7 per medium sized burger. i had just the minted lamb burger(£6.95), and some spicy onion rings.(£1.95) in the ultimate burger store in tottenham court road. it was not too bad. a pretty nice setting too. all u have to do is queue up order ur food, then get a number then u put it on the table. they have sort of a hanger for u to put ur numbers to. just like in those kind of chinese open air market in petaling jaya give u number then they come look for u.. but this one they come to look for u with ur food almost about 2 mins after u've sat down and they would ask u if u liked ur food. gripes about the food. lamb burger seems small.. but its' about the size of a chargrilled flame burger in burgerking. taste wise, very tender lamb meat with mint sauce. it's nice. :P the onion rings are a different matter though . for ...
