stonebridge park station

Free Image Hosting at www.ImageShack.uslocated in zone 3 servicing silverlink trains and bakerloo line.
i had to switch trains in willesden junction to wait for the other train that goes all the way to the end of the line.
anyways, the trains are weird. and scary. this photo was taken in the late afternoon/early evening on the tube.
so anyways, i've been meaning to do this entry but i was just so piled up with work and such and as well as my internet at home wasn't working so there i go.
but this morning my flatmate dropped me a msg on msn saying the connection is back.. wow.. it's like an addiction was satisfied.
just the thought of having a shot of internet at home.. is like .. -_-
Free Image Hosting at www.ImageShack.usokies. i've lived with internet for so long that i can't imagine how's it like being without a connection :P
that aside, when i was in the station waiting for my friend to come, i looked around the station figuring out where on earth was this place. it was quite rural. unlike the station in willesden green. which when u come out there's lotsa shops around.
this one is just like a surburban neighbourhood.
Free Image Hosting at www.ImageShack.usand there i saw this bike thingy. i've only seen those things on tv in some other european countries. but first time i saw it in london. ( shows how much i know about london even though i say i live here)
okies. then i tried to see if i could take it out.. there's not a photo of the machine. basically i think u have to register at the website.
something like oybike.com or something. but then when i press the power up button for the machien.. it didnt come up with anything i think it was broken or something or it doesnt work during weekends.

bah humbugs.
anyways, my internet connection came back and i'm quite the happy man. and quite the poor man.. anotehr 9 more days to pay day.
T_T.

last nite i reached home at about 1030pm. work again. geez.. of so many times i vowed not to work so hard.. it never does happen does it.

i need to find a fish farm for like really cheap and well maintained. :D

now where's that rich uncle horatio that would leave me an inheritance or just by the whimsical thought write a cheque for me to spend when i need him.
(fyi, horatio's not a real person) thus making my sense of getting rich by inheritance or whatever means by him is virtually an impossible task/situation.

right. back to my rambling, i need to get a cheap host. streamline.net seems good. they are even giving away google adwords vouchers.
that's my point i'll do that end of the month .

living on a budget

£4 per weekday and £10 for groceries for the week. that's it's gonna be till sept. hopefully.. until i start to try shopping again .. -_- so far for the last few days has been okays. spent like £8 for groceries for this week. some beef, some chicken wings( which i completely finished during the weekend) which included half a kg of fruit and nut cadbury. today was 2 for £2 sausage rolls from tescos. nothing else happened. my friend's father died of lung cancer. i wish them condolences. it was so sudden apparently. but i have had no contact with them since i left KL/miri. i heard it from another friend who was in miri who msged me asking me about my blood pressure as he said he was scared now. i asked. scared of dying ? lol. anyways, it's best to be preventing than trying to cure it when it comes.. so i really have to switch back to no salt diet.. T_T kk that's it. season 6 of 24 was like erm... okays... it was basically a repeat of the plots.. hope that's the la...

Ultimate Burger. ( sorry no pics)

Tried something new for lunch the other day. namely ultimate burger. . it's a tad pricey when compared to the burgers i had in macdonalds or burger king. :P £7 per medium sized burger. i had just the minted lamb burger(£6.95), and some spicy onion rings.(£1.95) in the ultimate burger store in tottenham court road. it was not too bad. a pretty nice setting too. all u have to do is queue up order ur food, then get a number then u put it on the table. they have sort of a hanger for u to put ur numbers to. just like in those kind of chinese open air market in petaling jaya give u number then they come look for u.. but this one they come to look for u with ur food almost about 2 mins after u've sat down and they would ask u if u liked ur food. gripes about the food. lamb burger seems small.. but its' about the size of a chargrilled flame burger in burgerking. taste wise, very tender lamb meat with mint sauce. it's nice. :P the onion rings are a different matter though . for ...
