Free Image Hosting at www.ImageShack.usFree Image Hosting at www.ImageShack.usDifferent types of drinks. i drank anjou when i was in france. and tasted a little of hobgoblin when i was in kent. both which ended up making me a little drunk. with help from other liquors as well. right, the hobgoblin tasted like er... there was no gas that's one thing. and it was drunk at room temperature. i think that's how they drank ales back in old england. hehe. the wine was okays. i prefer the bordeaux white that was served .. but too bad i didnt buy that.

Enough about those drinks. today i went to evans cycle to get meself a pair of winter gloves. turned out that i could order it if they don't have stock and i dont have to pay any extra charge.better than paying delivery charges. and they'd give me a call when the gloves arrived. i think it was the altura crest thingy. cheap cheap. £7.99. personally i havent seen it.. but i hope it's good. better than my old fleece thingy which i bought in my first winter here at £4.99.

right blogging reminds me of doogie howser md. ever since i saw that show i wanted to be like him cos it felt like wahh .. i'm learning everything each day.

today i dreamt a weird dream again. i dreamt about the guy(from KL) who conned me out of internet charges last time. u see.. last time jaring got unlimited access and we as proud malaysians must share mah right ? so with the login, we used it amongst 5 or 6 of us. and this guy who i shared with .. never paid me. geeez... and i dreamt about his cunning evil ways.. lol
but of course i must have deserved that since i did quite a number of bad things to other ppl as well.. ( but i dun remember anything laa :P)
anyways, long story short, i never got the money. wei.. when student time RM 50 is quite a lot of money ehh.. grumbles.
i was only getting like 500RM for food and rent when i was studying in KL. better than some but still too little for big spender like me.
sien. hehe
anyways, that's it for reminiscences.

living on a budget

£4 per weekday and £10 for groceries for the week. that's it's gonna be till sept. hopefully.. until i start to try shopping again .. -_- so far for the last few days has been okays. spent like £8 for groceries for this week. some beef, some chicken wings( which i completely finished during the weekend) which included half a kg of fruit and nut cadbury. today was 2 for £2 sausage rolls from tescos. nothing else happened. my friend's father died of lung cancer. i wish them condolences. it was so sudden apparently. but i have had no contact with them since i left KL/miri. i heard it from another friend who was in miri who msged me asking me about my blood pressure as he said he was scared now. i asked. scared of dying ? lol. anyways, it's best to be preventing than trying to cure it when it comes.. so i really have to switch back to no salt diet.. T_T kk that's it. season 6 of 24 was like erm... okays... it was basically a repeat of the plots.. hope that's the la...

first there financial spread betting. then came poker. man.. where am i going.. first things first. financial offices are REALLY cool. i went to 2 financial spread betting offices. well.. one was big and one was a little smaller. i learnt a little bit from the guys who were giving the seminar about support and resistance lines and then it seems to work. well not all the time la that is. and i'm booked to another full day seminar on how good their product is.. lol but i'm just eyeing the free lunch and the last session of the day where they teach technical analysis. and some works on technical indicators. (i'm not a man for news.. so .. i just follow indicators la) right okies. that one aside. next thing in my list was pokerstars.com i was talking to a friend of mine on friday then i don't know how we got into talking about poker.. then one thing led to another. we had friday pub with the company picking up the bill. :D i didn't know why i couldn't drink.. well.....
