Somerfield Stuffed Chicken Breast.

Free Image Hosting at www.ImageShack.usthis i bought on sunday and ate it on sunday cos it was on sale. anywyas, i dun really like those ready made meals but once in a while it's just so easy to cook. it's stuffed with sausages + sage. hmmm i dun understand it.. it's either baked or just microwave. these english food. anyways, that's about it for the chicken.
today was a pretty cold day. cycling against the wind.. ugh.. i could only go about 20km/h. usually 25 - 35km/h. bah humbugs.. anyways, not taht i'm in a race to get to work anyways.
nuthing special happened yesterday. ( or i can't remember.) just the normal slog work. home cook. then sleep. ooo ooo i remember.. that stupid moron blasted his radio in the middle of the nite.. sien.. i wish i could blast mine as well. but then i'm more civilized. *snicker* i just can't really sleep with loud music on anymore.. <- i IS old.
dinner was some spaghetti + celerys(raw) + tuna cans + some chicken + some icebergs and for dessert, kitkat whites. and some pringles. yum.
now it's back to work. toodles.

of brussels sprouts and racial features.

brussel sprouts are in season i think. they are going for 1 pack for 52p. it used to be like 1/4 of the pack for £1. but now seems to be cheaper. oh yeah. it seems to be siu pak choi. but it just didnt opened. anyways, that nite i went to morrisons, to buy more food. but when i walked halfway i found out that i didnt bring my wallet.. ^$£"%$£^%$ but lucky i had coins in my pocket. all i had was 96p. how sad.. lol . i went to the store to look for nga choi. er.. whta they call them here.. i think some sort of beans.. they usually sell them for 45p. i wanted it cos i cooked chicken rice mah. but then they didnt have it. and they have mixed stir fried thingy which was £1.29. poor ole me didnt buy it cos i didnt have enough lol so i hunted for cheap stir fry vege, the sprouts looked like a cheaper alternative. well.. i bought it. cooked it ate it with chicken rice. next thing i knew.. i was down with a bloody cough. ugh.. lotsa phlegm. not sure how i got it.. but that aside, i've ...

first there financial spread betting. then came poker. man.. where am i going.. first things first. financial offices are REALLY cool. i went to 2 financial spread betting offices. well.. one was big and one was a little smaller. i learnt a little bit from the guys who were giving the seminar about support and resistance lines and then it seems to work. well not all the time la that is. and i'm booked to another full day seminar on how good their product is.. lol but i'm just eyeing the free lunch and the last session of the day where they teach technical analysis. and some works on technical indicators. (i'm not a man for news.. so .. i just follow indicators la) right okies. that one aside. next thing in my list was pokerstars.com i was talking to a friend of mine on friday then i don't know how we got into talking about poker.. then one thing led to another. we had friday pub with the company picking up the bill. :D i didn't know why i couldn't drink.. well.....
