i went to kensington temple.

on a sunday. needless to say .. whenever i try to go to church i always wake up later than i mean to . and i think i'm really not cut out for church.
this one was BIG.. or rather is BIG. lotsa ppl. but somehow i didnt feel it was friendly enough for a loner chap like me. so i decided not to go there anymore. :P
u can view its website here.
like okays.. i didnt go out on saturday. ( when i say i didnt go out.. it usually means i dont go out using buses/tubes/or whatever la) all i did was walked to morrisons, then to iceland, and then to the movies using the the nectar redemption coupon i'd redeemed about 2 weeks ago. sien.. fast and the furious tokyo drift.. the only nice parts were already shown on the trailer. lol. i should have waited for pirates of the caribbean 2.
that looks a little nicer.
anyways, that aside. what else did i do for the weekend.. oh yes.. i got my first encounter with the Mets. lol. there werent any cars on the road. the lights were red. i did it just to avoid being squashed by taxis when the lights turned green.
u see.. us offenders always have excuses for mistakes we didnt mean to make. :P
i was smiling at him the whole time cos i felt it was so ironic.. of all the times to catch cyclists. i dont understand.
1. they dont catch cars who almost kills us cyclists.
2. they dont catch pedestrians who walks as if they owned the road.
3. they dont catch those cars who parks indiscriminately on yellow lines. on bus lanes..OMG.. i HAD to be so lucky to have a chance to chat with the Mets. :P
i ran out of things to say.
he let me off with a verbal warning.
what else.. baked choc chip cookies with help and recipe given by miss Moo. :P
that's about it really.. i took some pictures of kensington church road. it was quiet. and the notting hill market only works on saturday.
so i took a bus and went back to camden's sainsbury to do sommore shopping. then went home and rest.
well it was a good weekend.
note: i'll have to call o2 to switch my plan to a prepaid on the 10 of july. cheap cheap. since i make less than 20 mins worth of calls a month. which means i will get no new phones. uwaaa. lol.
right and here is some pictures.
that's hyde park for me. but i suppose this is only one of the corners i managed to go to. so there. :P

hehe. i dont speak a lot on the fone. definitely. it's cheaper to call than to sms. within 10 seconds u can tell the fler on the other side of the fone.. more words than u can ever put in sms.
sides.. i can't type fast on a keypad.. another reason why i dislike smses.

got my japanese visa.

1 year multiple entries. each entry 90 days. nice ! anyways, i think i did mention that japanese efficiency was also seen in the embassy ???!!?? alright, please scratch that. the time i went was early in the morning and i was one of the first person there so service was fast. i found the service to be comparable to other embassies where they are not really that quick.. well.. can't blame them just that it was my bad luck that my visa wasn't printed. 1. i went in the morning at 10 at stated on the paper. 2. she tried to find it.. couldn't find my passport. and then she said it's not ready yet.. please come back in the afternoon. T_T. (i shouldn't have woken up so early) 3. i went back to the embassy after lunch. took warren st to green park. it was stated severe delays but when i went on it.. it was quite quick. 4. i was the second in line to collect visa. not ready.. T_T.... he said.. 5 mins.. they are gonna print it now... 5. i waited.... 5 mins.... 10 mins.... 15 ...

A short history of my reading of books

I read 3 books on sat and sunday. some say i don't really read these books that i say i read because i read so fast that i can't possibly grasp the entire story. and some say stories are best read slowly and digested slowly. I've always been a person who rushes through most of the things i do. sometimes i take time and do the stuffs slowly sometimes quickly. kk. right now from saturday onwards, i'm gonna keep count on how many books i can read till i exhaust the feeling that i wanna read books. i started reading when i was 8 years old. i mean REALLY into reading. i spent one year living with my aunt back in sibu and while all my older cousins were studying and doing their own things, i sat down in front of the TV and watched the friday's cartoon. about a whale with special powers. ( this was usually met by my uncle with dark looks because i watch too much telly.) i read the whole childcraft encyclopedia. ( it wasn't hard because it was done in such a way that a ...

rain rain rain ...

i went to thomas global exchange on sunday. there was a long queue just to change money. so indeed my recommendation of the place was correct. it was in a quiet place. but it looked alright. there were lotsa ppl. and ppl who were walking past were very intrigue by this long line in front of a money changer. that's about it. i still need to change a little bit more. so i'll wait for my next round b4 i go there again. it was pissing rain outside. i thought i'd have to wait till it settled down. but as it is with london's rain, it just is not like the torrential downpour back in msia. lighting and thunder. yippee.. i used to hide whenever i hear thunder and see the lightning. and then i grew out of being scared of it. now i'm scared of a different kind of thing. that aside, nothing else is special. i brought food to work today. from the baguette i bought from somerfield on sunday. it was 62p for 4 wholemeal ones. i stuffed it with corned beef i bought from sainsbury. a...
