i went to the kyokushinkai karate lesson and then found it very tiring. ( coming from a person who never does any exercises)
it was fun. ( well if u call working the whole body till the point of exhaustion fun)
learnt the usual mawashi, or somethings.. garis, jo dan, cho dan ukes.
too many names .. can't remember them .
but i think it's pretty good.
classes are about 20-25 ppl per class.
we do the usual basics( kihon) to ensure we are able to do other stuffs.
they train like 4 times a week(4 different locations in london). the sensei's pretty cool! :D
