dood.. you're screwed up

screwed up ?!?? i replied.. and happy new year to u too.

the reason for the above topic was because one of my friend whom i thought was my friend ..
well i think he still is.. though he might be a bit far off with alot of different priorities at the moment.

i might have been a little bit off today and a little bit more sensitive than usual.

that would be why he started off the conversation like that. and when i replied him. i never got an answer after that. PAH!! so much for friends.
damn .. he used to be a nice dude.

that aside, monday - friday. wake up . work. lunch. work. dinner. wow. anime. sleep.
that's the routine.
today i woke up and i've just realized that i learnt how to cycle when i was 7. or wassit younger.. i can't remembr..
all i know it was in a house where my parents put me there after school somewhere in likas park.
there was this old bicycle there without the training wheels. i remembered there was one afternoon it was hot.
and i was out in the carpark trying to play with the bicycle cos it was quite boring as there were no other kids around.
i had no ideas how to ride a bicycle without training wheels. but i did it that one afternoon when i was eitehr 5 or 7.
must be either one of those years..

that's got nothing to do with london. but i wanted to remember how was it that i am still cycling to work now. lol

other than that, naruto finally finished it's fillers and now is going on to the next arch of the show.
my wow level is 63.

living on a budget

£4 per weekday and £10 for groceries for the week. that's it's gonna be till sept. hopefully.. until i start to try shopping again .. -_- so far for the last few days has been okays. spent like £8 for groceries for this week. some beef, some chicken wings( which i completely finished during the weekend) which included half a kg of fruit and nut cadbury. today was 2 for £2 sausage rolls from tescos. nothing else happened. my friend's father died of lung cancer. i wish them condolences. it was so sudden apparently. but i have had no contact with them since i left KL/miri. i heard it from another friend who was in miri who msged me asking me about my blood pressure as he said he was scared now. i asked. scared of dying ? lol. anyways, it's best to be preventing than trying to cure it when it comes.. so i really have to switch back to no salt diet.. of brussels sprouts and racial features.

brussel sprouts are in season i think. they are going for 1 pack for 52p. it used to be like 1/4 of the pack for £1. but now seems to be cheaper. oh yeah. it seems to be siu pak choi. but it just didnt opened. anyways, that nite i went to morrisons, to buy more food. but when i walked halfway i found out that i didnt bring my wallet.. ^$£"%$£^%$ but lucky i had coins in my pocket. all i had was 96p. how sad.. lol . i went to the store to look for nga choi. er.. whta they call them here.. i think some sort of beans.. they usually sell them for 45p. i wanted it cos i cooked chicken rice mah. but then they didnt have it. and they have mixed stir fried thingy which was £1.29. poor ole me didnt buy it cos i didnt have enough lol so i hunted for cheap stir fry vege, the sprouts looked like a cheaper alternative. well.. i bought it. cooked it ate it with chicken rice. next thing i knew.. i was down with a bloody cough. ugh.. lotsa phlegm. not sure how i got it.. but that aside, i've ...

first there financial spread betting. then came poker. man.. where am i going.. first things first. financial offices are REALLY cool. i went to 2 financial spread betting offices. well.. one was big and one was a little smaller. i learnt a little bit from the guys who were giving the seminar about support and resistance lines and then it seems to work. well not all the time la that is. and i'm booked to another full day seminar on how good their product is.. lol but i'm just eyeing the free lunch and the last session of the day where they teach technical analysis. and some works on technical indicators. (i'm not a man for news.. so .. i just follow indicators la) right okies. that one aside. next thing in my list was pokerstars.com i was talking to a friend of mine on friday then i don't know how we got into talking about poker.. then one thing led to another. we had friday pub with the company picking up the bill. :D i didn't know why i couldn't drink.. well.....
