Rustlers Quarter Pounder - 3 for £3.75 from tesco express

0 to Tasty in 70 Seconds

was contemplating what i could put in the office's microwave which is cheap and easy with absolutely no nutrition at all.

at first i took the sausage rolls, but i saw it wasn't recommended for microwave ovens. so drat. put that down.
saw the chicken and stuffs.. they were like 2.89 for 1 but serves 2. but because i don't share my food i gotta eat them in one sitting so that's out too.
anyways, bought that.
smells alright. did feel a little rubbery ( just a teeeny weeny bit rubbery)
but had cheese and tomato ketchup prepacked.
190g . not too little not too much.

i made the call to the american embassy today. called from an o2 pay as you go. ( because my office blocked off the 09 numbers) lol.
that phonecall costed me like £18.42 for about 10 mins.
they had this guy with a scottish accent.. ( it was soooooo thick that i couldn't really hear what he was saying over the phone) T_T.
i mean if it was the guy from LOST.. the desmond guy with the scottish accent then not so bad la but this guy was total - i think at least that's what i heard..
apparently he was saying TITLE ..
me and my english.. i think it's just not good enough yet..

anyways, got the appt. now to get my photo and other stuffs ready.

did a renal ultrasound a week ago. found out confirmed polycystic kidneys. with no cure.
will wait for the referal
then reconfirmed with mom. (maybe i never listened. or maybe she never told me)
seems that it runs in the family. geeez... if i knew long time ago then i could have prevented the high blood pressure sooner.
nothing doing. hehe.
oh well.. life long medication. bah humbugs..

got my japanese visa.

1 year multiple entries. each entry 90 days. nice ! anyways, i think i did mention that japanese efficiency was also seen in the embassy ???!!?? alright, please scratch that. the time i went was early in the morning and i was one of the first person there so service was fast. i found the service to be comparable to other embassies where they are not really that quick.. well.. can't blame them just that it was my bad luck that my visa wasn't printed. 1. i went in the morning at 10 at stated on the paper. 2. she tried to find it.. couldn't find my passport. and then she said it's not ready yet.. please come back in the afternoon. T_T. (i shouldn't have woken up so early) 3. i went back to the embassy after lunch. took warren st to green park. it was stated severe delays but when i went on it.. it was quite quick. 4. i was the second in line to collect visa. not ready.. T_T.... he said.. 5 mins.. they are gonna print it now... 5. i waited.... 5 mins.... 10 mins.... 15 ...

A short history of my reading of books

I read 3 books on sat and sunday. some say i don't really read these books that i say i read because i read so fast that i can't possibly grasp the entire story. and some say stories are best read slowly and digested slowly. I've always been a person who rushes through most of the things i do. sometimes i take time and do the stuffs slowly sometimes quickly. kk. right now from saturday onwards, i'm gonna keep count on how many books i can read till i exhaust the feeling that i wanna read books. i started reading when i was 8 years old. i mean REALLY into reading. i spent one year living with my aunt back in sibu and while all my older cousins were studying and doing their own things, i sat down in front of the TV and watched the friday's cartoon. about a whale with special powers. ( this was usually met by my uncle with dark looks because i watch too much telly.) i read the whole childcraft encyclopedia. ( it wasn't hard because it was done in such a way that a ...

rain rain rain ...

i went to thomas global exchange on sunday. there was a long queue just to change money. so indeed my recommendation of the place was correct. it was in a quiet place. but it looked alright. there were lotsa ppl. and ppl who were walking past were very intrigue by this long line in front of a money changer. that's about it. i still need to change a little bit more. so i'll wait for my next round b4 i go there again. it was pissing rain outside. i thought i'd have to wait till it settled down. but as it is with london's rain, it just is not like the torrential downpour back in msia. lighting and thunder. yippee.. i used to hide whenever i hear thunder and see the lightning. and then i grew out of being scared of it. now i'm scared of a different kind of thing. that aside, nothing else is special. i brought food to work today. from the baguette i bought from somerfield on sunday. it was 62p for 4 wholemeal ones. i stuffed it with corned beef i bought from sainsbury. a...
