Zizzi's italian restaurant. i suppose it's italian. cos i couldnt see any other types of meal on the menu.
didnt really wanna eat as i ate a heavy breakfast this morning from pain du jour. a small cafe or whatchaumacallit.. cheap hot food. instead of paying £1.60 for sandwich in tesco. i get a hot baguette with my choice of bacon or burger. it's empty though. just bacon and the baguette. it's okays since it's hot. for its price, i'd say that shop has one of the best food i've ate around that area.
back to lunch. carbonara i ate... had less than 4 small 0.5cm X 0.2 cm X 4cm strips of bacon in them. and that's all. MY GOODNESS I CAN COOK BETTER THAN THAT !!! please.... for £7.50 i can make TONS of carbonara. diu..
environment was noisy . worse than being in a club. at least in a club we have to shout over music. but THIS .. i have to shout to be heard by my friend who sits like less than 1 feet away from me.
Tables and chairs were cramped and it feels like being in Mr. Wu's buffet in chinatown. no space to shift my big ass around. %"£$^"%$^43
service was slow due to the fact i think they dont have enough waiters.
anyways, i was glad to be out of the restaurant.
well.. good points was that the waiter asked how was the food. being the passive feller i am , i prefer not to explain why the food was horrible. i said the food is not too bad. geeez...
being a group outing. instead of paying for only my meal, i ended up splitting with others, i forgot that we usually split the meal prices. *grumbles* from supposedly £8.50 i paid £14. cos split mah..
hhahhaha that'll teach me next time.. order the most expensive one so the amount i'm paying is more than the average orders. that way will make it good.
